Apeiron homes provide individualised support to people with disability and assist in managing existing support systems. We collaborate with the participant, their family, and support coordinators to provide high-quality support and resources to assist them in achieving their objectives. The primary purpose of Apeiron homes is to provide responsive, appropriate first-class support services for people with disabilities. We work collaboratively with staff and other external stakeholders to improve service delivery.

I knew where I wanted to live, close to my family, friends and my job so I started with location. It was a long process with covid striking in the middle but I had a good team and we got there. It was worth it all! I love my newfound Independance and my new home.
