Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions.

SDA is a range of housing designed for people up to and including those who require high physical support.

Specialist Disability Accommodation properties are purpose built according to NDIS SDA Design Standards.

Appropriate housing can have a profoundly positive effect on people’s lives, enabling them to live comfortably and enjoy life to the fullest.  It can include shared or single accommodation, be an apartment,a Villa/Duplex/Townhouse a house or a group home.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is the ‘bricks and mortar’ capital component of disability accommodation support funded by the NDIS.
